7 Ways to Use Honey for Skin Care

For a deeper treatment, mix 1 Tbsp of buttermilk, 1 tsp of honey and 1 egg yolk. Apply this mixture to your face (make sure to keep it clear of your eyes). Leave your honey mask applied for a total of 20 minutes, and rinse.

6. Bath Soak

Here is the centuries old secret of Cleopatra herself. Take ¼ cup of honey and mix with 2 cups of milk. Add a couple drops of essential oil. This can be easily combated with the following mixture. Take 1 Tbsp of honey and add 1 Tbsp of olive oil along with a pinch of lemon juice. Spread on elbows, knees, and rough patches. Allow to sit for 20 minutes. Rinse thoroughly.
