Illuminate Your Skin!!

Take-Care gives you some tips this week to get vitality and radiance on your skin.

Don't let your face loses its natural luminosity. There are natural solutions to restore your skin and don't get stop shining.

1. Tonics

- CHAMOMILE: Chamomile is able to give a more relaxed look, perfect for tired skin. Boil to spoons and put the water in the fridge to cool. Then, when the water is cold apply it on your face like a facial toner. Let stand and rinse with water.

- HORSETAIL. Prepare an infusion of horsetail and apply it with a cotton ball, allowing the skin to absorb it well. The effects of this plant is mainly in the production of collagen and elastin fibers that give smoothness and elasticity to the skin.

2. Goodbye spots

- LICORICE. It is a good ally to eliminate unsightly stains that appear on the skin. Try to wash your face every night with soap licorice extract. Leave it two minutes and clear your cold water. The results are surprising.

3. Illuminating

- YOGURT. Apply once a week a homemade mask of plain yogurt (1 tablespoon), honey (1 teaspoon), yeast (1 teaspoon) and lime (10-12 drops of juice).

Mix the ingredients in a bowl and distributes the mask over entire face (excluding the area around the eyes), neck and chest.

Leave on skin for 20 minutes and then remove it with warm water.
